I am honored to serve as the TALHFA President for 2018.

For the past couple of years, TALHFA has pro-actively educated others about the need for safe, decent and affordable senior and workforce housing.  Affordable housing is a critical component to facilitate economic development for all Texas communities.  A large portion of our efforts have centered on educating and partnering with our legislative leaders and their staffs.

TALHFA intends to continue this instructive process in collaboration with other organizations that share similar interest and goals.  It is our belief that all Texans benefit when housing needs are met.

Thank you again for this opportunity to serve.  I look

forward to working with each of you and continuing

the progress we have made for affordable housing.

Please join me in these efforts.
