Rowlett Housing Finance Corporation

is seeking an Executive Director

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity, that demonstrates

the following:

  • Considerable experience in housing, housing finance, banking, real estate and/or community development environment;
  • Excellent business development,
  • Working knowledge of the principles and practices of low-income housing programs, federal housing regulations, community development initiatives and finance programs, and reporting guidelines;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective business and community relationships to direct and develop community development activities and programs for the City of Rowlett including experience collaborating with other stakeholders in community revitalization efforts; and
  • Ability to communicate effectively and experience creating and making presentations to a wide variety of stakeholder audiences, assigned committees, task force, and other officials; demonstrated board and constituency relationship management, negotiation, persuasiveness and diplomacy skills.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-starter mentality coupled with a well-developed sense of humility and executive presence


EDUCATION:

  • Requires Bachelor's degree in Business or Public Administration, Urban Planning, Finance, or related field.


Salary negotiable depending on experience.
